Group Restorative Yoga

Sundays at 6pm PT - Zoom Only

Join me for a calming one-hour restorative yoga class. This baby-free, relaxing class is appropriate for people who are pregnant, newly postpartum, have older kid(s), or none at all! Wind down your weekend by quieting the mind + releasing the body. Use props (blankets, pillows, books, bolsters, blocks, etc.) to feel fully supported.

Group Prenatal Yoga

Wednesdays at 6pm PT & Saturdays at 10:15am PT - Zoom Only

When I was pregnant with Cora, I practiced prenatal yoga and built my new parent community at Sac Root. Now I get to experience it on the other side as an instructor—what an honor! In this one-hour modified vinyasa yoga class, you will learn positioning, breath work and tools to support you in labor and childbirth while your village.
